This old 1943 Willis Jeep was bought by our Dad in the mid-fifties and has been with Bob and I ever since. We learned how to drive in it as did many kids and grandkids. Our Dad would rarely keep a working battery in it and we had to park it at the top of the hill so we could jump start it. This picture was taken at Bob’s deer lease near Possum Kingdom Lake and was used to get around the lease and haul the game back to camp.
