Bobby was one of my favorite humans. We liked to joke that we bookended the cousins with him among the oldest and me the youngest of the generation. To me he was a mash up of a cousin, older brother, uncle, bonus father figure and just plain friend. Bobby made people feel welcome in his company. When you spent time with Bobby you were the focus of his attention. Your doings, your opinions were all of interest to him. You knew he’d cook for you and you knew you would be truly seen. We will all miss this sweet man and his truly unique spirit.
